I grew up in Kansas City, Kansas. After spending a couple of years in New Mexico and Colorado, I moved back to the Kansas City area, where I still live with my husband. Our 2 children have moved out of the nest fairly recently, one in college at KU and the other working in Minneapolis. Thankfully we have our dog & cat to keep us company, and we get to see our kids quite often (though never often enough).
After some years spent away from the workforce as my children grew up, I became a Yoga & Meditation teacher, then served as a Covid-19 Contact Tracer. I'm excited to now support the Recruiting team at Ascend!
